Booth reservations must be accompanied by a deposit or your application will not be processed. Booths range from $875 to $1575, depending on location. I understand deposits are refundable only if written request is received by our office before January 2, 2009. I also understand the show pass policy of 4 one day passes per booth per day and I agree it is my responsibility to distribute these passes before the show. We have a lot in the works so floorplans won't be available until August. I understand that there are no exclusives offered at The Northwest Women's Show.
